GODS FORGOTTEN

Back when Man was not encumbered by the pressure of materialism and political crisis, his art emanated from the purity and wonder of his soul. Art was a direct manifestation of the inner self and was inseparable from life.

Carvings and paintings came from the deepest core of the human spirit.
Oftentimes, it was a response to the question everyone, throughout recorded history has asked:
"Who Am I ?"

In his "Gods Forgotten" series, Len Steckler attempts to help the viewer understand and rediscover the unembellished TRUTH inside us all. Wandering in the past can help us learn the reality of the present, and the possibilities for the future.
